- Freelance retoucher since 2012; 0 missed deadlines to date. Deliverables exactly according to brief and on time.
- 5 years background as a photographer (digital/film): I understand the process from shoot to post and speak the same language as the team.
- 1700+ projects over 13 years, premium segment. Handled large-scale tasks, including 1,268 beauty images for a book in 7 months.
- Teaching retouching since 2014, 600+ students. Created an author retouching course. I explain complex things clearly and efficiently organize team workflows.
- Working with productions and agencies. Predictable timelines and speed; NDA; strict adherence to the brief and clean work on edits/versions; seamless integration into the pipeline (naming, structure, color management); shared tools (Frame.io/Slack/Dropbox); file prep for different formats.
